A hearty congratuations to Rommel for the completion of his book Seeds of Peace, the stories of silent Heros and Heroines in South Africa. It has been edited and is ready to be submitted to a publishing house. Two very dedicated friends, Jane Mqamelo of South Africa and Christina Stiefel who resides in Germany, partnered in a collboration to complete the layout and editing of the English verison of the book. Two years ago, it was published in German by Lokwort Publishing and is available for purchase on Amazon.com.
The books forward is by Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu. Seeds of Peace is a book of short stories relating to unique individuals who from the days starting in 1973 through the years of the Aparthid, stories of those who contributed significantly to the freedom struggle moving into the new South Africa.
As a first roll out, Rommel bound and printed 250 color copies made for distribution and sharing with friends and business associates. The book is beautifully written and is a touching account of great individuals who have made a difference in South African history.
